1. Agreement to These Terms
By using My Bass Fishing Guide (https://mybassfishingguide.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Simple as that.
2. What This Site Is
My Bass Fishing Guide is an informational site about bass fishing in East Texas. We share tips, lake notes, gear picks, and how-to articles. Some pages include affiliate links.
We are not a professional guide service. If you book a trip through a link on this site, you’re booking with a third-party guide or company, and that deal is between you and them.
3. No Guarantees
Fishing is fishing. We can’t promise you’ll catch anything. Lake levels, weather, water temps, access, and regulations change all the time. Product performance varies too.
Everything here is provided “as is,” for general information only. Always check current conditions, Texas Parks and Wildlife rules, and safety guidance before you head out. You’re responsible for your own safety on and near the water.
4. Affiliate and Third-Party Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links, including Amazon Associates and Captain Experiences. If you buy or book through them, we may earn a commission. You don’t pay anything extra.
Third-party sites have their own terms, prices, and policies. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their products, services, or content. Prices and availability can change. Read more on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

6. Comments and Conduct
If you leave a comment or send us something, keep it friendly and on topic. No spam, harassment, hate, illegal content, or stuff that isn’t yours to share. We can edit or remove any comment, for any reason. By posting, you let us display your comment on the site.
